ABOUT

First off, I really never saw myself becoming a chiropractor. Growing up, my understanding of chiropractic was very narrow (and perhaps similar to you, the reader) and frankly, I thought it was a bit weird. It wasn't until I really needed one, that I was able to fully appreciate the scope and abilities of this profession. One of the things I loved right off the bat was the potential for an individual chiro to build their own unique practice-style based on their likes and dislikes. As a creative at heart, with a healthy serving of science, I have been able to continually evolve my practice to what it is today.

Where I see myself fitting into your musculoskeletal (MSK) health care is that of a guide or a coach, sprinkling in some hands-on work, to calm your nervous system as we build things up. I am here to understand your specific goals and how they are being impacted by whatever injury or pain issue you're dealing with. One of my major focuses is helping folks understand and appreciate the importance of strength training and exercise and how it can relate to longevity and quality of life. I love teaching people new things and my hope is to be able to teach you something new that can improve your life, not just for the next month or so, but for the next 10, 15, 20 years.

When I'm not in my office, I'm either at the gym, at a concert, or hanging with my daughter, Bowie.
